David Kennedy Recruitment is expanding and seeks an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner to source, engage and deliver candidates for international AI, SaaS and digital roles. This is a remote, success-based partnership for genuine recruitment specialists who prefer to source, screen and deliver high-quality talent rather than forward CVs. Location: Remote, Europe.

Employment type: Freelance—invoiceable (SLA). Remuneration: Commission per placed candidate.

Competenze

• 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting technical and digital professionals internationally.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and proactive headhunting skills.
• Ability to assess technical experience and portfolios.
• Independent, proactive, and quality-focused.

Mansioni

• Source, engage and screen candidates across AI, tech and digital disciplines for international clients.
• Headhunt using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search.
• Assess technical experience, portfolios and candidate suitability.
• Deliver high-quality, well-screened candidates to active vacancies.
• Leverage networks across Europe and international markets.
• Work independently across multiple vacancies, focusing on quality over quantity.
• Recruitment areas include AI/ML engineers, software engineers, cybersecurity, product roles, marketing.
