Job summary

Capchase is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to own the execution of the deal-to-fund journey. You’ll create the orders, generate documents, chase signatures, confirm delivery, and get every deal ready-to-fund without anyone asking twice.

You will work with Risk, Capital Markets, and GTM, identifying what each deal needs and coordinating with clients and teams to gather, validate, and structure it—complete and accurate.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in loan operations, deal operations, or fintech operations.
• Cross-team coordination across internal teams and external clients.
• Attention to missing fields, unsigned pages, and mismatched dates.
• Clear written and spoken English with clients and internal teams.
• Able to track metrics, spot blockers, and act to resolve them.
• Automation or AI tools in an ops workflow or eager to implement.

Responsibilities

• Own the ops lifecycle from order creation to delivery confirmation and fund readiness.
• Coordinate with Risk and Capital Markets to identify deal needs and gather required information.
• Drive proactive outreach to chase pending documents, signatures, and delivery confirmations.
• Document recurring friction, diagnose causes, and propose fixes to prevent stalls.
• Maintain and extend playbooks and documentation for scalable ops processes.
• Provide input to Product by mapping manual touchpoints to automation priorities.
• Track funnel health and surface blockers early with data.
