Entrepreneur Cooperative in LATAM is seeking an experienced Closing & Funding Specialist for a fully remote role with a U.S.-based real estate lender. You will own the closing process from title through funding, coordinating title companies, attorneys and internal teams to ensure timely closings.

The ideal candidate has 1.5+ years of hard money closing/funding experience, excellent English, and comfort with Gmail, GoHighLevel and online loan portals.

Qualifikationen

• 1.5+ years at a U.S. hard money or private real estate lender.
• Direct hard money closing and funding experience.
• Strong knowledge of title, escrow, insurance, loan documents and HUD statements.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in Gmail, GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, and an online loan portal.

Aufgaben

• Open and manage title and escrow processes.
• Review title, liens, vesting and insurance.
• Coordinate attorneys, title companies, borrowers and internal teams.
• Review loan documents and HUD statements against terms.
• Submit funding packages to warehouse lenders and capital partners.
• Coordinate final funding under wire verification controls.
• Track handoff of loans to servicing.
