Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Closing & Funding Specialist to own the end-to-end closing process for business-purpose real estate loans. This fully remote role supports a US-based lender serving LatAm investors, with strict timing and documentation controls.

You will coordinate title, escrow, insurance, and funding activities, working with attorneys, brokers, and capital partners. English fluency and 1.5+ years of relevant US lending experience are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced written and spoken English required.
• Experience using Gmail, GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Open title, escrow and insurance and manage closing steps.
• Review title, liens, vesting and insurance.
• Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, borrowers and internal teams on closing issues.
• Review HUD/settlement statements against terms, fees, payoffs and disbursements.
• Coordinate approvals and collect all closing and funding documents.
• Support underwriting by clarifying conditions and escalating material exceptions.
• Submit funding packages to lenders and partners and resolve conditions.
• Ensure clear-to-fund and proper funding finalization.
• Post-closing organize files in the loan portal and flag trailing items.
