Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to own post‑closing servicing, board loans with a third‑party servicer, manage construction draws and monitor maturities. You will ensure timely updates to borrowers and partners while reviewing servicing calculations for accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1.5+ years in U.S. hard money or private lending, strong English, and comfort with Gmail, GHL, and online loan portals in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

1.5+ years at a U.S. hard money or private real estate lender servicing business‑purpose loans.
Direct experience servicing short‑term hard money or business‑purpose loans.
Experience with construction draws, payoffs and extensions.
Advanced written and spoken English.
High attention to detail and proactive ownership.
Ability to work in Gmail, GHL or similar CRM and loan portal.

Responsibilities

Board funded loans with the third‑party servicer and validate terms.
Manage construction draw requests end to end and coordinate disbursements.
Monitor maturities, extensions and payoffs with accuracy.
Identify stalled loans and elevate risks with documented status.
Answer borrower and partner questions until resolved.
