Capchase is seeking a highly analytical Payment Operations Specialist to join our team. You will own daily payment operations, from deal deployment to funding and repayments, ensuring accuracy across currencies and schedules.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Capital Markets, Risk, Product, and Engineering to improve processes, automate workflows, and resolve issues quickly. Fluency in English is required, with US Eastern/Central hours.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in operations, payments, treasury, or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Availability to work US Eastern/Central business hours.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review, validate, and deploy approved deals with accurate financial details.
• Execute vendor payouts, collections, refunds, and transfers across rails and currencies.
• Perform daily cash and payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Product, Engineering to improve controls.
