Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is hiring a Loan Servicing Specialist to own post-closing servicing workflows for a US-based private real estate lender. You will board funded loans, manage construction draws, monitor maturities and delinquencies, and coordinate with a third-party servicer to ensure accurate calculations and timely updates.

Ideal candidates have 1.5+ years in hard money lending servicing, strong English, and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years at a U.S. hard money or private real estate lender servicing business-purpose loans.
• Direct experience servicing short-term hard money or business-purpose loans.
• Experience with construction draw management, payoffs and extensions.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and accountability.
• Experience using Gmail, GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and an online loan portal.

Responsibilities

• Board funded loans with the third-party servicer and review servicing calculations.
• Manage construction draw requests end to end with checks and approvals.
• Coordinate disbursements, updates, and loan maturities.
• Monitor delinquencies, extensions, and payoffs with accuracy.
• Answer borrower, note buyer and lender questions until resolved.
