Job summary

World Business Lenders seeks an experienced Closing Operations Leader to manage a busy pipeline and ensure closings progress on schedule. You will guide Closing Analysts, review documents, and coordinate with underwriting, title, and funding teams.

This fully remote role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and adherence to SLAs. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mortgage closing operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with LOS, document management, and e-signature tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years in mortgage or commercial lending closing, title, escrow, or related operations.
• Experience guiding teams, coordinating workflows, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized closing pipeline and ensure timely funding.
• Support Closing Analysts and resolve closing issues promptly.
• Review loan documents, settlement statements, and closing instructions.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Title, Legal, and Funding teams.
• Train and onboard new team members and monitor workloads.
• Ensure compliance with closing procedures and SLAs.
