Job summary

Lateam Partners is seeking a Sales Closer to join our US-based financing team. This fully remote role from Argentina focuses on handling a high-volume sales cycle, qualifying business finances, and closing deals with inbound and outbound leads.

You will manage relationships with business owners, maintain CRM records, and target aggressive sales goals while working with lending partners to secure funding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone sales with high-volume outbound calls.
• Proven track record closing deals, not just appointments.
• Strong qualification, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Advanced or bilingual English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls (target ~300/day).
• Qualify prospects by understanding their financing needs and goals.
• Explain financing products and recommend suitable options.
• Maintain follow-up, manage objections, and move deals toward close.
• Coordinate with lending partners and internal leadership on qualified deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including call notes and next steps.
• Meet daily activity goals, sales targets, and closing objectives.
