Collective Residential is seeking a highly organized Virtual Executive Assistant to support the CEO across multiple companies. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate international travel, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

This remote role requires 5+ years as an EA, proven C-level support, flawless English, and the ability to work EST hours. Competitive monthly salary and remote work flexibility offered.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• At least 2 years supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments
• Fluent English with a neutral accent
• Excellent scheduling, communications and organizational skills

Mansioni

• Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, including internal/external meetings and events
• Coordinate travel (domestic and international) with arrangements and itineraries
• Support leadership meetings, board sessions, and high-priority projects
• Anticipate needs and proactively address issues for the CEO
• Provide day-to-day admin support: email management, document prep and follow-ups
• Maintain confidentiality for sensitive company and personal information
• Serve as primary point of contact between CEO and stakeholders
• Adapt to multiple company priorities and changing demands
• Support personal travel and errands as required
• Be available for urgent CEO support during evenings or weekends
