Pavago is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a remote, fast-moving legal-tech startup focused on estate planning. You will anticipate needs, draft replies with options, and partner with the CEO to keep priorities on track.

You'll manage the CEO's inbox, calendar across time zones, travel and conference logistics, vendor communications, and strategic projects using AI tools to deliver actionable insights with discretion and tact.

Qualifications

• Proven EA experience or strong related experience with high tech savviness.
• Sharp organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Comfort using AI tools for research and task automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a diplomatic tone.

Responsabilités

• Own the CEO's inbox — triage, draft responses with options and recommendations.
• Run the calendar across time zones, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts.
• Handle all travel end-to-end and optimize plans as needed.
• Coordinate conference prep and logistics for the CEO and travel companions.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage business admin and personal logistics to support both CEO and household needs.
• Spot repetitive work and help automate or systematize processes using AI tools.
• Contribute to special projects with research and actionable findings.
