atomic HR, a fully remote recruiting startup, seeks an Entry Level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to target candidates across Latin America for US startups and marketing agencies. You’ll craft personalized outreach, learn the talent side with mentorship, and use a modern sourcing platform and AI to scale while maintaining a personal touch.

No prior recruiting experience is required; the role offers part-time hours (20–30 per week) with room to grow and weekly USD payments as a contractor.

Qualifications

• Need to understand how to identify and engage target candidates.
• Ability to write personalized outreach messages that convert.
• Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and audience research.
• Comfort using AI tools to scale outreach while keeping a human touch.

Responsabilités

• Research roles to define target candidates and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers for higher replies.
• Post and promote roles to attract the right applicants.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and maintain follow-ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume without losing personalization.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on data.
