Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Email Developer to build HTML email templates and deploy personalized campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will ensure accurate rendering across devices and email clients.

Responsibilities include testing with Litmus/Email on Acid, deploying campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, configuring journey logic and audience segmentation, and implementing dynamic content. We offer flextime with remote and office options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in email development or digital campaign execution.
• HTML/CSS for email with cross-client rendering.
• Experience with at least one enterprise campaign platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Understanding of journey orchestration and automated flows.
• Knowledge of A/B and MVT testing, test planning and variant configuration.
• Data-driven personalization, audience segmentation, and targeting logic.
• Attention to detail and ability to QA before builds.
• Clear communicator and proactive in flagging issues prior to QA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates with accurate rendering.
• Build reusable components and adapt templates to requirements.
• Test rendering across clients/devices using Litmus or Email on Acid.
• Build and deploy outbound campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure journey logic, segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization tokens.
• Own final deployment for campaigns and ensure on-time delivery.
• Execute A/B and multivariate test configurations per plans.
• Coordinate asset handoffs and document best practices.
• Follow platform governance and Build standards.
