AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end delivery of email campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will gather requirements, validate briefs, and lead cross-functional kickoffs while owning the marketing calendar and client communications.

The role emphasizes client-facing work, strong organization, and experience with ESPs and workflow tools. Flexible schedule with remote and office options is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign management, account management, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with onboarding new clients and managing implementations.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements and confirm all details before build.
• Validate briefs for audience, content, offer, and timeline before handoff to Development.
• Lead kickoff meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Own the marketing calendar and track milestones across campaigns.
• Serve as primary client contact for status, delivery, and escalations.
• Manage campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Coordinate deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Document work in Workfront/Jira and maintain standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning and execution.
