AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will gather requirements, validate briefs, and manage timelines and deployments across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong communication, and a proven track record in client-facing campaigns. This position offers flextime with remote and office options, and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign management, account management, or project management.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget).
• Experience with new client implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and client deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Strong written, verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.
• Agency or corporate in-house agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements, ensuring exact requirements before build begins.
• Validate campaign briefs for completeness (audience, content, offer, timeline).
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners, documenting outputs.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients and track milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications related to campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day operational processes including setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Manage deployment including subscriber data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending for loyalty clients.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain documentation standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning, ensuring test structures are defined and executable.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve workflow.
• Develop robust campaign and process documentation, including client work instructions.
• Escalate risks and blockers to avoid missed SLAs.
• Year-end success: campaigns run on schedule and client communication is proactive.
