AgileEngine is seeking an Email Developer to build HTML email templates and deploy personalized campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will craft reusable components, ensure cross‑client rendering, and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The role requires 2+ years in email development, hands-on HTML/CSS for email, and experience with enterprise campaign platforms, plus a strong eye for QA and data‑driven personalization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in email development, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS for email with cross-client rendering.
• Experience with an enterprise campaign platform, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding of journey orchestration and automated flows within a campaign platform.
• Familiarity with event-based triggers, lifecycle programs, and suppression lists.
• Knowledge of A/B and MVT testing, test variant setup, and test sends.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and data-driven personalization.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive QA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates with consistent rendering.
• Build reusable modular components for client campaigns.
• Test email rendering across clients using Litmus or Email on Acid.
• Configure and deploy outbound campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Define journey logic, segmentation rules, and suppression lists per campaign.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization tokens per strategy.
• Own final deployment and ensure on-time delivery.
• Execute A/B and multivariate test configurations per plan.
• Coordinate asset handoffs with Campaign Managers and content partners.
• Document best practices and maintain build standards within Development pillar.
