AgileEngine, LLC is seeking an Email Developer to build HTML email templates and deploy personalized campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will ensure accurate rendering across devices and email clients, and collaborate with Campaign Managers to optimize performance.

The role requires 2+ years in email development, strong HTML/CSS for email, and experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in email development or digital campaigns
• HTML/CSS for email with cross-client rendering
• Experience with enterprise campaign platforms (SFMC preferred)
• Understanding of journey orchestration and automated flows
• Familiarity with event-based triggers and lifecycle programs
• Able to configure A/B and MVT testing
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and data-driven personalization
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates with consistent rendering
• Build reusable components and adapt templates to campaign needs
• Test rendering across clients/devices using Litmus/Email on Acid
• Configure and deploy outbound campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Set up journey logic, segmentation, suppression lists
• Implement dynamic content and personalization tokens
• Own final deployment and ensure on-time delivery
• Document best practices and maintain build standards
