AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Email Developer to build HTML email templates and deploy personalized campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients.

The role focuses on accurate rendering across devices and platforms, with hands-on work in HTML/CSS for email and cross-client rendering. The position requires 2+ years in email development, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms, and a solid understanding of journey orchestration and A/B testing.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in email development or related field.
• Strong HTML and CSS for email with cross-client rendering.
• Experience with an enterprise campaign platform – Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Understanding of journey orchestration and automated campaign flows.
• Familiarity with event-based triggers, lifecycle programs, and deployment.
• Understanding of A/B and MVT testing mechanics.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and data-driven personalization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates for accurate rendering across devices and clients.
• Build modular components and adapt templates to campaign requirements.
• Test email rendering across clients using Litmus/Email on Acid.
• Deploy outbound campaigns in hosted platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure journey logic, segmentation, rules, and suppression lists per spec.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization tokens per strategy.
• Own final deployment step ensuring on-time delivery.
• Execute A/B and MVT test configurations per plans.
• Coordinate asset handoffs and flag gaps early.
• Document best practices and maintain build standards.
