AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Email Developer to design and deploy HTML email templates for enterprise loyalty campaigns. You will ensure accurate rendering across devices and clients while building modular components to meet campaign requirements.

You will test rendering with Litmus/Email on Acid, configure journey logic, and implement dynamic content with personalization tokens. Remote-friendly, hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in email development, marketing ops, or digital campaign execution.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS for email with cross-client rendering.
• Experience with an enterprise campaign platform — Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Foundational understanding of journey orchestration for single/multi-step flows.
• Familiarity with event-based triggers, lifecycle programs, re-engagement flows, and deployment modes.
• Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing mechanics.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and data-driven personalization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates across devices/clients.
• Build reusable modular components for client campaigns.
• Test rendering across clients using Litmus or similar tools.
• Deploy outbound campaigns in hosted platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure journey logic, segmentation, targeting rules, and suppression lists.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization tokens as required.
• Own final deployment for all campaigns; ensure accuracy and timing.
• Execute A/B and MVT test configurations per plan.
• Coordinate asset handoffs with Campaign Managers and content partners.
• Document best practices and maintain build standards within Development.
