You will coordinate travel, calendar, and communications while handling confidential information with discretion and partnering with a high-performing founder. LATAM-friendly remote option offered.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Real travel-planning chops with airlines, hotels, points/rewards, and complex itineraries.
• Sharp organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible mindset—anticipates needs and acts before being asked.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CEO's inbox — triage, prioritize, and ensure timely responses.
• Run the calendar — schedule meetings and resolve conflicts.
• Handle travel end-to-end — flights, hotels, cars, rewards optimization.
• Coordinate conference and event logistics — booth orders and on-site details.
• Act as liaison between CEO and stakeholders with timely, professional communication.
• Manage business and personal admin and schedule confidential tasks with discretion.
• Take on special projects and research as needed.
