Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google accounts for our 50 DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client contact, deliver updates, and defend your decisions.

We prioritize attribution clarity over last-click metrics, work with large monthly media spends, and expect you to own feeds, tracking, and landing pages. Remote, US-hours overlap required, worldwide applicants welcome.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audits before touching accounts: structure, terms, feed health, landing pages, and tracking.
• Strong English communication for client calls and updates.
• Ability to defend attribution decisions and explain performance clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads accounts, including brand and non-brand campaigns.
• Directly manage client relationships and present results and plans.
• Conduct reviews and Loom walkthroughs to explain findings and forecast impact.
• Coordinate with product pages, feeds, and tracking to improve ROAS.
