Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will be the direct client point of contact, plan and present, audit and optimize campaigns, and manage brand and non-brand growth with a focus on incremental metrics.

You will work remotely from anywhere and must be able to take client calls during US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and ecommerce.
• Fluent in English for client communication and presentations.
• Own the client relationship without an intermediary.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, negatives, bidding, impressions, and tracking before touching accounts.
• Run brand and non-brand activities as separate pipelines with clear measurement.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Keep Google's automation in check and audit auto features for cost control.
• Own the feed and the tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify) across the funnel.
