Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who owns the entire client funnel from feed to landing page. You will be the direct client contact, defend your plans, and drive incremental growth with metrics like CPA and ROAS.

You’ll manage multiple DTC/eCommerce brands with real spend, analyze attribution, and build the assets needed to scale. This role is remote with US eastern availability.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts and be the direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and document findings.
• Differentiate brand vs non-brand strategies and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and its limitations.
• Own feed health, product data, and Shopping/PMax impact.
• Own conversion tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
• Communicate ideas in English with clients and defend your recommendations.

Responsibilities

• You are the account manager with direct client communication and ownership of results.
• Audit, plan, and defend optimization decisions.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Ensure proper feed, tracking, and landing page quality.
