Sweat Pants Agency is looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Accounts for 50 DTC/eCommerce brands, with global remote work and client-facing responsibilities. You will audit, optimize, and defend your strategic choices, while driving incremental growth across PPC channels.

The role emphasizes ownership of the funnel, attribution strategies, and hands-on execution across Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and brand campaigns, with a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS with concrete changes.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, conversions.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and measure incrementality.
• Own feed and tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports; ensure reconciliation.
