Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client accounts remotely. You will direct client communications, defend your decisions, and manage feeds, pages, and tracking across multiple platforms.

Expect to work with DTC and ecommerce brands, optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, and own the entire funnel from ads to landing pages. Global remote role with US Eastern calls required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce.
• Strong ability to communicate results and plans to clients.
• Proven impact through measurement and attribution decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, conversions.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and defend your decisions.
