Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own a set of DTC accounts end to end. You are the client’s direct contact, you write updates, run calls, and defend your decisions.

Budgets range from $5k/month to six figures, with full ownership of the funnel across Google Ads and related assets. We value attribution-driven growth: NC-CPA and NC-ROAS focus, independent testing, and a hands-on approach that builds landing pages and feeds.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce
• Ability to own client relationships and present results
• Experience with PMax, Shopping and YouTube
• Strong attribution and measurement mindset (GA4/GTM)
• Builds and tests landing pages and feed optimizations

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact. Budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Own the client relationship; present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, bidding, negatives, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report separately.
• Know what PMax is doing; separate branded vs. incremental cannibalization.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto features and embeddings.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, titles, disapprovals, promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix: creative, offers, landing pages, tracking.
• Build pages, scripts, and reports to remove constraints; AI-enabled workflow.
