Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC/eCommerce clients. You’ll act as the client’s direct contact, present updates, and defend your calls.

Remote worldwide with US Eastern hours for calls; expect ownership of funnels, attribution opinions, and hands-on optimization across Campaigns, Feed, GA4, GTM, and landing pages.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to defend attribution decisions to clients.
• Experience presenting results and plans directly to clients.
• Familiarity with PMax, Shopping, and brand/non-brand campaigns.
• Proven track record of driving CPA/ROAS improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts and act as the direct client contact.
• Audit accounts prior to touching campaigns and present Loom walkthroughs.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, and landing pages.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed.
• Work US Eastern hours for client calls.
