Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts from end to end. You will be the client’s direct contact, presenting results, plans, and the reasoning behind decisions.

You will own the funnel, including feed, landing pages, and conversion tracking, and defend attribution methodologies aimed at incremental growth. Remote role with US Eastern hours alignment.

Qualifications

• Own the entire Google Ads lifecycle for DTC accounts.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients directly and defend your recommendations.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and incremental growth.
• Comfort with wide range of campaigns and platforms (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube).
• Experience with feed management and landing page optimization.

Responsibilities

• Audit accounts before touching anything; present findings via Loom walkthrough.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Own the client relationship and be the primary point of contact.
• Define and defend attribution strategies that move the NC-CPA and NC-ROAS metrics.
