Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who will own end-to-end Google Ads for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, presenting updates, plans, and rationales, and you will defend the actions you take.

You will manage the full funnel—from feed and Merchant Center to landing pages and conversion tracking—driving incremental growth with a metrics-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management for DTC/eCommerce with proven CPA/ROAS results.
• Ability to audit campaigns, structure, keywords, and tracking before touching accounts.
• Fluent English communication and direct client-facing accountability.

Responsibilities

• Audit accounts and present findings via Loom walk-through.
• Own full funnel: feed, landing pages, tracking, and creative assets.
• Directly manage client relationships and present results and reasoning.
