Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid media for 50+ DTC and ecommerce brands. You will speak directly with clients, present results, and defend your decisions as the client’s sole contact.

You will own the funnel—from feeds and Merchant Center to Shopping, PMax, landing pages, and conversion tracking. Audit-first, you’ll optimize for incremental growth with NC-CPA/NC-ROAS and independent testing.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Google Ads spend with CPA/ROAS outcomes.
• Own client relationships and present plans clearly.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand strategy.
• Strong English communication in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate campaigns and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and optimize accordingly.
• Keep Google's automation in check and own the feed and tracking.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build necessary assets (landing pages, scripts).
