AgileEngine is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI‑compliant environment. You will own the CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and implement end‑to‑end observability across the stack.

The role requires 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong scripting, cloud experience, and hands‑on expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes tooling, and modern observability stacks.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform‑engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; proficient with SQL and at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with observability stacks (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog).
• Solid understanding of cloud security and PCI‑compliant environments.
• Ability to work independently and in teams across time zones; on‑call rotations included.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Own DevOps and observability roadmap for Data & AI teams.
• Build cloud infrastructure as code for AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI; enable secure deployments and automated rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with ArgoCD/Flux; manage autoscaling, ingress, secrets, and policies.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog; implement SLO‑driven alerting.
• Implement security controls: IAM, SSO, Vault/KMS, vulnerability scanning, policy‑as‑code, PCI awareness.
• Lead incident response, runbooks, post‑mortems, and reliability improvements to reduce toil.
• Collaborate with developers on dev experience, tooling, and self‑service platforms.
• Contribute to internal platform standards and knowledge sharing across global teams.
• Work with engineers, QA, DBAs, and product partners across environments.
