Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. You will own the cloud service tower, manage AWS/EKS workloads, Argo workflows, and CI/CD pipelines while driving reliability and observability across the platform.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Cloud/DevOps or SRE, strong IaC skills with Terraform, and excellent English communication.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or SRE roles.
- Hands-on AWS production experience and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and IaC practices.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident response, and on-call ability.
- Excellent English communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical ownership for the Cloud/DevOps service tower during LatAm coverage.
- Operate and improve AWS infrastructure including EKS, S3, and related services.
- Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows, with capacity and reliability focus.
- Define and improve IaC standards using Terraform and Git-based delivery.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Enhance observability, alerting, and runbooks across platforms.
