AgileEngine, LLC. Rosario, Argentina is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run PCI-compliant cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data & AI teams. The role requires hands-on experience across Kubernetes, IaC, and security.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones and contribute to platform reliability. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong scripting, and experience with cloud providers, observability stacks, and incident response.

Competenze

• 4+ years of DevOps/SRE/platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Kubernetes experience (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container tooling (Docker/Helm/ArgoCD/Flux).
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL; experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Observability stacks: New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Cloud security and PCI-compliant environments understanding.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams; on-call readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Strategy, roadmap, and vision for DevOps and observability in Data & AI teams.
• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation.
• Own CI/CD pipelines — build, test, security scans, blue-green/canary deploys, rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and containers with Helm/ArgoCD/Flux, including autoscaling and secrets.
• Build observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog; set SLO-driven alerts.
• Implement security and compliance controls: IAM, SSO, secrets management, vulnerability scanning.
• Lead incident response — on-call, runbooks, blameless post-mortems, reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with developers on local dev experience and internal platform tooling.
• Shape internal platform standards as the stack evolves; participate in design reviews.
• Work with teams across environments and time zones, including data and AI partners.
