Job summary

Rm Staffing B.V. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations with remote work. You will own client engagements, manage cross-functional tickets, and coordinate datacenter activities across hardware, power, cooling, and cabling.

Expect to lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical reviews while maintaining strong client relationships. You will oversee budgets, vendor coordination, and change control while guiding a small technical team and ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or technical infrastructure.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware and cabling.
• Experience owning budgets, SOWs, or vendor PO's.
• Proficient with ITSM/tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical point of contact for client accounts.
• Own onboarding, scoping calls, and technical reviews.
• Manage tickets from creation to close with clear docs.
• Maintain live project dashboards for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee datacenter ops including hardware, cabling, power and cooling.
