Job summary

Rm Staffing B.V. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center engagements.

The role focuses on end-to-end hardware deployments, cabling, power, and remote hands, with a strong emphasis on client ownership and ITSM-driven delivery. You will translate client requirements into actionable work orders, manage budgets and vendor interactions, and guide a small technical team across multi-workstream projects to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in datacenter operations or related field.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, structured cabling, power distribution, and remote hands operations.
• Proficiency with ITSM/project tooling: Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor purchase orders.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small technical team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Lead client onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM platform.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment, and sign-off.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work: server rack/stack, cabling, power, and cooling.
• Set weekly priorities, conduct 1:1s, and run shift/resource planning.
