Job summary

Bluelight is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center with a hands-on approach to hardware, ITSM, and client-facing delivery. You will own client projects from onboarding through final sign-off, translate requirements into actionable work orders, and manage cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly setup.

You will lead ticket lifecycles in Jira/ServiceNow, oversee datacenter operations (rack, cabling, power, cooling), monitor budgets, review vendor invoices, and develop SOPs for

Qualifications

• Hands-on datacenter operations with hardware and cabling knowledge.
• Direct client-facing experience in technical roles.
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, and Zendesk for ticketing.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor PO management.
• Ability to develop and enforce SOPs and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical owner for assigned client accounts across the project lifecycle.
• Own full ticket lifecycles in ITSM platforms; create, assign, and close with clear docs.
• Oversee on-site and remote hands work with rack/stack, cabling, power, and cooling.
• Coordinate procurement, lead times, and RMA logistics with vendors.
• Track budgets, review invoices, and prepare quotes/SOWs for engagements.
