AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large data sets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL development, Tableau expertise, and hands-on Python work, along with experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Strong data warehousing know-how and collaboration across remote teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience, including hands-on maintenance or migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
