Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will build dashboards and reports, and translate data into actionable narratives with an emphasis on business impact.

The role requires advanced SQL and Tableau skills, Python development, and experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor. Flexible, remote-ready with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, including model maintenance or migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor for coding, SQL, and testing.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and provide strong service.
