Job summary

AgileEngine, a leading software development company, seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will build dashboards and reports, work with Tableau and Python, and leverage AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migrating to Streamlit where relevant.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analytics, testing and research.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision‑making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources for accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
