AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear, executive-ready insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years Tableau experience (including migration to Streamlit), and hands-on Python, plus experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor. Strong Excel skills and data warehousing knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Autonomously navigate ambiguity, set strategy and priorities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior leaders and product teams, with a focus on business and customer impact.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate in a self-guided, strategic manner, determining the most efficient and effective next steps for project and team success.
