AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data visualization, data source validation, and collaboration with cross-functional groups to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires 5+ years SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python, and experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience; maintaining/migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to validate and maintain data models for accurate reporting.
• Experience with GitHub, Slack, JIRA for remote collaboration.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Navigate ambiguity, set strategy and priorities, translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate in a self-guided, strategic manner to advance projects and team success.
• Maintain urgency and ownership across challenges.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail.
• Support teammates by taking on secondary tasks as needed to ensure project success.
