Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, plus experience with SAP-based sources and upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
