Miratech is seeking a skilled Project Manager for CX-focused initiatives. You will oversee the full delivery lifecycle, from planning to execution, coordinating with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, and Finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across global engagements.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel. Remote work options and relocation support are available.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on project management experience, CX, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance activities, and multi-party cutovers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full delivery cycle of projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments.
• Handle fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, delivering on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain project plans with tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
