Miratech is a global IT services and consulting company seeking a Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and modern software solutions for enterprise clients, with a strong focus on cloud-native architecture and CX enablement.

You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape technical proposals, develop high-level designs, and expand into AI, automation, cloud hyperscalers, and data-driven solutions. This remote-friendly role offers global impact and growth opportunities.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10+ years in software engineering, professional services, or solution architecture roles.
• Experience with modern architecture patterns and cloud-native solutions.
• Exposure to CX technologies or enterprise customer engagement platforms is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Identify value propositions and develop solution proposals including statements of work.
• Prepare effort and cost estimations for custom engineering and CX projects.
• Develop high-level designs, technical blueprints, and service designs for CX and non-CX domains.
• Contribute to sales engineering and provide input for strategic decisions.
• Support marketing and delivery with knowledge transfer and technical requests.
