Ryz Labs is seeking a Project Manager, Lifecycle & CRM to join a client team. This fully remote role targets LATAM-based professionals, coordinating cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive timely campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.

You will maintain project trackers, run standups, and ensure QA and customer care alignment for high-volume sends, while communicating across English and Spanish with stakeholders.

Formación

• Proactive mindset to unblock blockers and drive accountability.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• 3–5 years of PM or Project Coordinator experience.
• Strong knowledge of Monday.com, Slack, and collaboration tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Familiarity with CRM channels and assets to understand timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Drive execution and proactively remove blockers.
• Own and keep Monday.com boards, schedules, and backlogs updated.
• Lead standups and check-ins; capture and follow up on action items.
• Ensure QA and Care alignment for high-volume campaigns.
