Miratech in Rosario, Argentina, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee CX‑focused initiatives, manage both fixed‑scope and Time & Materials engagements, and drive successful delivery across cross‑functional teams.

You will create detailed plans, monitor budgets, coordinate with vendors and carriers, and report progress to stakeholders, leveraging Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands‑on project management experience in CX, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications for technical projects.
• Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance, and multi‑party cutovers.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project plans with tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Identify risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues.
• Follow standard PM processes: scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs with Finance teams.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
