You will handle inquiries via multiple channels, provide accurate product information, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining high professionalism.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, communication platforms, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
