Core Code io is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Agent to assist customers across email, chat, phone, and other channels, delivering an excellent experience.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, remains patient, organized, and capable of identifying customer needs to provide timely, accurate solutions while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer journey.

Formación

• Prior experience in customer support or similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, or other support channels.
• Provide accurate information and clear solutions to customer questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
