Zen Media is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to act as the voice of the client, nurture relationships, and proactively resolve concerns. This remote role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences, guiding clients through challenges, and driving long-term partnerships with a client-first mindset.

You will liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions, encourage client reviews and case studies, and maintain detailed CRM notes to monitor overall client health.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role (CS, support, client services, hospitality)
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and listening skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for existing clients via scheduled meetings (phone/Zoom)
• Conduct regular client check-ins to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback
• Listen to client concerns, coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
• Advocate for clients by following up on action items and updates
• Encourage reviews, testimonials, and case studies from satisfied clients
• Track customer sentiment and maintain CRM notes for health monitoring
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with Account Managers, PR, Operations and Leadership to deliver outstanding service
