Grupo Abans is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative for a remote position. You will assist customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing accurate product and policy information while delivering a positive experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and experience with CRM systems. A high school diploma is required and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Remote work with flexible scheduling.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer data in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
